She also leads our social media and brand presence—keeping our message consistent, fresh, and connected to the community. Her creativity, organization, leadership, and Gen Z eye for connection make her an essential part of how we show up both online and in person, delivering a calm, professional experience from start to finish.

Contract-to-Close Specialist
Justin is our compliance backbone. Once a deal is in motion, he manages the contract-to-close process with precision and care. From drafting and reviewing documents to coordinating listing pages, Justin ensures every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. His deep understanding of contract timelines, legal requirements, and client communications keeps each transaction running smoothly and on schedule. His reliability gives our clients confidence that every step—from offer to closing—is handled accurately and efficiently.

Marketing & Brand Assistant
Leah supports our marketing and brand systems behind the scenes. She helps execute Emma’s creative vision—editing videos, formatting posts, and assisting with ongoing research projects that keep our content organized and relevant.
