Director of Marketing and Client Experience
Emma oversees the day-to-day flow of client and transaction information, helping ensure every detail is handled smoothly from start to finish. She works closely with clients, builders, and vendors to keep communication clear, organized, and proactive throughout every step of the experience.
She also leads our marketing and brand presence, combining creativity, organization, and a strong eye for connection to help our team show up professionally both online and in person. Emma’s calm leadership and Gen Z perspective make her an essential part of the experience we deliver to our clients.
Christy
Team Support
Christy plays an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting both our team and our clients throughout the real estate process. She helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and steps in wherever extra care, organization, or support is needed.
From assisting with listing launches, events, and open houses to helping coordinate the many moving parts behind the scenes, Christy brings a calm, steady presence to the team. Her willingness to jump in wherever needed makes her an important part of how we serve our clients and community.
Sara
Director of Operations and Community Engagement
Sara oversees the operations and systems that keep our team running efficiently. She develops and manages operating procedures that create structure, consistency, and accountability across every part of the business.
She also leads our community relationships and event initiatives, working closely with vendors, local businesses, and key partners throughout the Rochester area.
Her strategic mindset, leadership, and ability to connect people and ideas help shape the direction, growth, and long-term goals of our company.
Justin
Contract-to-Close Specialist
Justin oversees the contract-to-close process, managing the details, timelines, and documentation that keep each transaction moving smoothly from offer to closing. With a strong understanding of contracts, MLS systems, and transaction coordination, he helps ensure every file is accurate, organized, and handled with precision.
His calm, consistent approach and attention to detail help create a seamless experience for both clients and agents, ensuring every transaction stays on track from start to finish.
